Short-Term Running Goals:

I don't have any running goals.  In fact, since October 2010 I've been doing more strength training than running.

After dealing with some annoying injuries throughout the summer and fall and I pretty much gave up running for while.  With the new year I plan on doing more running, but I'll still be doing P90x also.

Hmmm, I take it back....I do have a couple of running related goals.  First is to put together a team to win the Law Day 5k!  After that I'll be helping Thatcher get back in shape and make the BYU team after he returns from his mission.

Personal:

50 years old, married to A'Lissa (who is faster than me) for 20+ years, 3 fantastic kids.  My son Thatcher has a blog here at fastrunningblog.com, but it is on hiatus while he serves an LDS mission (returning in May!)  In the past I operated a youth track club and I served as a volunteer assistant with the Skyline XC team.  A'Lissa and I are the race directors for the Fill the Ark 5k in East Millcreek.
